When your in a job interview, what do you think are some of the moost important questions that you would want to ask your employer or the questions that your employers would want to ask you. In your previous experiences at a job interview, what were the questions that kept on reoccurring during those interviews? Feel free to post in your comments or suggestions.

In an early job interview, the H.R. person asked me what I knew about the company. That completely stumped me because I hadn't done any research and was just frantically looking for a job and would have taken just about anything. After that embarrassing experience, I learned to research companies where I was going for interviews so I could show I knew what the company was all about. Not all interviewers ask such questions, but when they do you had better show you have a reason for being there and know about their company.

Be prepared to list one, two or three of your best qualities and worst qualities (popular interview question), also to answer "why should we hire you", out right, I've gotten that one a few times.
Think of something in your life, experience or hobby that would make you a good candidate for the position or the company, be candid, you canmay be spin things a little in your favour but be truthful and admit there's something you can't do when you can't do it, be relaxed, ask about how it is to work at the place or basically come up with 3 or 4 questions about the company, to show you're interested in the culture, not just the job (even if you're only interested in the job).
If it's a tech type of position and there are likely to be tests or mind games, Google the company name and the phrase "interview questions" to see if you can get ones from the past to familiarize yourself with their style (Microsoft has a grooling interview process with riddles and mind games, Google is even worse, although I haven't done Google's interviews).
Good luck
